Aurora

Aurora Aksnes was born on June 15th, 1996 in Stavanger and known professionally as Aurora or, sometimes, stylized in the form of AURORA is an Norwegian singer and songwriter. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves was released by Decca Records Decca Records in May 2015 receiving great approval from music bloggers and the press. The singer has released a number of high-profile covers, such as Half the World Away (by Oasis), from the band Oasis) for John Lewis' Christmas advert and Nature Boy (by Nat King Cole), which were widely appreciated. Katy Perry, who endorsed the track Runaway by her, gave an additional boost to the music. Celebrate her birthday. Aurora Aksnes earliest musical memory is the discovery of an attic piano and being awed by the sounds it would produce. Jan Oystein Aksnes, her parents May Britt Aksnes and Jan Oystein Aksnes urged Aurora Aksnes to pursue music as an activity or as a profession. Her first step was to compose her own songs. Her influences include renowned artists Leonard Cohen and Bob Dylan in addition to her love of Bjork's style. Her decision to begin performing her songs publicly when her mother suggested that they can help other people, not to gain fame with her music but instead help the people around them understand their own importance and how they could impact the world. Her first piano lessons began at the age of six, and began composed music by the age of nine. Family members didn't even know about it until she reached fourteen. Aurora is not something she set out to achieve. She claims she loves to compose songs. According to her, music is the best method to communicate anything.
